plums

I recently heard from a friend whose family has a large plum orchard ('prune ranch' is preferred, as that is the ultimate fate of the fruit). It seemed unlikely that she would have a formal picture of the crop, so I thought to try a still life that I could send her showing off the produce. I have since found out that these are the wrong variety of plums. Oh well.
